Thank you for shopping with Penny & Thread. Every order is carefully handmade, packed, and prepared with care.

Processing Time

  • Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
  • Personalised and made-to-order items are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days.
  • During busy periods, such as markets, events, or seasonal holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another trusted courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Tracked Delivery (where selected): 1–3 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping service, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Penny & Thread cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any costs for returned or re-sent parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in working with the courier to resolve the issue.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been marked as delivered.
